Welcome to HillBazaar (hillbazaar.com). These Terms of Service govern your purchase of authentic Himalayan natural harvests, culinary staples, and traditional crafts. HillBazaar Enterprise (UDYAM REG: UDYAM-UK-12-0105857) operates out of Khatima, Uttarakhand, adhering to standard food hygiene guidelines and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Pricing & Currency
All product prices are stated in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices do not include delivery charges unless explicitly indicated during promotional periods. Delivery charges are calculated transparently during checkout based on weight and destination.
3. Payment & Settlement Terms
We accept payments via Razorpay Payment Gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible domestic destinations. Payments processed online are charged immediately upon successful 2FA authentication through your issuing bank.
4. Non-Medical Food Disclosure
All grains, pulses, herbs, and wild honey are natural mountain harvests cultivated in high-altitude Himalayan valleys without synthetic agrochemicals. In compliance with FSSAI regulations, our products are intended for dietary and culinary consumption; we make no curative, medicinal, or therapeutic claims.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all related transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Almora / Nainital, Uttarakhand.
